Healing is not the absence of suffering, but the ability to be with our suffering. I believe our disembodiment and shame serve to perpetuate oppression of all kinds and that we are called to go towards ourselves with compassion and love. I believe my liberation is bound with yours and the pursuit calls us to be courageous enough to be ourselves.
